Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust needs to save £23 million over a 5 year period which translates into an estimated reduction of 340 to 400 staff. The Trust’s budgeted FTE changes to workforce establishment shows a reduction of 417 FTE, out of which 130 FTE will be reduced from the nursing, midwifery and health visitors’ workforce. (March 2011)
